Data protection policy for Trans-it

Trans-it A/S is obligated to comply with all data protection laws and regulations applicable to the liability or processing of personal data defined in applicable law, including the European Parliament Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free exchange of such data (General Data Protection Regulation).

We continuously operate with strict procedures and appropriate technical and administrative security measures to prevent any unauthorized access, alteration, deletion or transfer of your personal data.

To ensure that personal data is correctly protected, we have implemented the following measures:

·       Training and guidance on personal data protection of all personnel and advisors associated with Trans-it A/S

·       Restrictions on access to personal data so that access is only granted where necessary.

·       Conclusion of data processing agreements with suppliers processing personal data on behalf og Trans-it A/S

·       Antivirus and backup on all systems that process personal data.

·       Risk assessment and documentation of systems are done to ensure the level of security of Trans-it A/S processing of personal data.
