Availability to us means that we are always available for our clients, constantly following-up on their shipments around the globe and ready to answer questions. To be able to handle this we have developed a rooster system that ensures that we have the proper amount of experienced operators at work every day, whether it is a national holiday, a holiday period or just a normal working day.
Outside of the regular working hours, we handle this by having a duty roster that rotates among our experienced operators. So anytime you call into the Trans-it operations number you will have one of the operators answering your call and available to answer your questions. In addition to that, we also have a duty roster during the weekend. Every weekend some of our operators are in charge of following up shipments during the weekend and also again, answer your calls.
This way we are always there for you, with experienced operators at work ready to answer any question you might have, anytime.
