Trans-it Order Management

One attractive component of our logistics system is the purchase order handling. We have a separate department and a separately developed IT system to follow the large number of purchase orders passing through our system until the orders are ready for our operations department to take them on. Every year, more than 30,000 orders go through this system, and every one is closely monitored on behalf of our clients. 

How is this possible? Firstly, we are already in daily contact with most suppliers worldwide, and thus the number of orders does not matter. Secondly, we have developed a separate IT system to handle this type of follow-up. All suppliers can also reach the orders via our interactive website and thus advise of any discrepancies directly on the web. The result is a massive time saving for our clients, who do not need to spend valuable time following up on all suppliers.
